The Herbi4 Pottery Co. is the trading name of Herbi4 Ltd. Registered office: 18 Heron Road, Twickenham, TW1 1PQ. Registered number: 06747555 (England and Wales). VAT number: 943 1693 14. Place of registration: Companies House.
How to Order

By Post
Send your order to us at The Herbi4 Pottery Co., 5 The Courtyard, Hartley Park Farm, Selborne Road, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 3HP clearly stating the product, delivery address, etc.
At present we can only accept cheques and not credit cards with telephone orders. Cheques should be made payable to 'Herbi4 Ltd'. Please write your cheque guarantee card number, home address and expiry date on the back of the cheque (please remember to add P&P if appropriate).
Delivery
We will advise you and provide the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates.
If you have an urgent requirement, please call Jon 07742 998 434 or Rob 07887 995 825 to check availability so that we can quote for express delivery on an individual basis. Please note goods will not be dispatched until payment is received and processed.
Overseas Orders
We can accept orders for delivery to any part of the world and will quote delivery charges on receipt of your order. When ordering products from Herbi4 Ltd for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

How to Return or Exchange
At Herbi4 Ltd we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, so we make our returns policy simple.
If your purchase is damaged on receipt, just return it to us in its original packaging within 14 working days and we will replace it.
To make a return, please highlight the reason for the return, stating clearly if you would like a replacement or refund. Then wrap the package securely and send it to:

We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. In order to exchange an item, a receipt/your delivery note must be produced. Please note that postage and packing charges are not refundable.

Trade Description Act
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications are correct at the time of going to press but slight variations may occur between actual goods and those pictured; uniformity cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to change the specification of products without prior notice.
Privacy
We do not make the email addresses of those who access our site available to other organisations. You may receive periodic emailings from us with information on new products and services or forthcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings or email correspondence from us, please let us know and we will make sure your name is removed from the email list.
Small Print
All prices are correct at time of printing and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to increase our prices without notice. We do not make our mailing list available to any other party.
The title of goods passes to the customer at the time of payment but, until such time, Herbi4 Ltd retains full legal and equitable title to the goods.
Herbi4 Ltd gives no express or implied warranty and accepts no liability whatsoever (direct, indirect or consequential) whether in contract or tort or in any other respect whatsoever, as to materials, workmanship, performance, design, specification, suitability for any particular purpose or any other aspect of the goods. Herbi4 Ltd under no circumstances, accepts liability for losses special to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or loss of profit, damage to property or wasted expenditure.
